First Lecture in Phil of Law

昨天上了第一課Philosophy of Law, 說了一些basic concepts: Content Dependent VS Content Independent，Internal and External Criteria，Procedural VS Substantive Theories of Law，Legal Positivism and Natural Law Theory。還差Formalism，Realism，Critical Legal Studies， Rule Scepticism未說的，要等下一課了。獲益良多，原來我是偏向Legal Positivism的人，小王子則正好相反是Natural Law的信奉者，難怪我像是不近人情的那個。我這類人只是覺得"The existence of law is one thing; its merit or demerit is another."，不是摒除morality。。。

今晚有Philosophy of Science，是Human Nature那個Robert，不過不失吧。
