Very clever that now it has the minimize and maximize effect all the time - clever because in this case you can't tell whether your computer is slower or not by turning this effect on and off. These effects buy some processing time, haha.

Aero effect
Finally my graphics card supports Aero effect for my Vista BB. Now I see things transparent, and I see this:
